Welcome to another segment in our PDAO Employee Spotlight series! This time, we’re introducing you to Whitney, a Registered Dental Hygienist who has been a member of our team since September 2010.
One of the most inspiring aspects of her job is her work with special needs children and their parents. Whitney emphasizes the importance of reassurance, letting parents know that their children’s unique behaviors are completely okay and that PDAO is here to provide exceptional care tailored to their needs. Another reason Whitney loves her job at PDAO is the excellent internal communication that thrives in their large office. From checking in at the front desk to working closely with doctors in the back, every step of the patient care process is seamlessly coordinated to ensure the highest quality of treatment.
Over her 14 years at PDAO, Whitney has formed incredible bonds with her coworkers, who she considers her sisters. They’ve experienced major life milestones together, from having kids to getting married, reinforcing the strong, family-like environment of the workplace.
