Tour our office

Schedule a tour. Or just stop by one of our offices (Fayetteville or Bentonville). We’ll gladly show you around our kid-friendly facilities. You can meet our team and see our waiting rooms and treatment areas, so there will be no mystery about your upcoming appointment.

Visit our SMILE START Interactive Center

In this fun space, kids play educational games that feature friendly farm characters. They can touch giant teeth, learn how to floss and brush their own teeth–even see plaque under a microscope! (Warning: Your child may not want to leave!)

Know what to expect

On first visits, we require parents/legal guardians to accompany their children. For younger kids, we encourage appointments earlier in the day when they are likely to be more alert and fresh.

We want every part of your family’s dental experience at PDAO to be pleasant and easy.
Here’s what to expect when it comes to payments and insurance:

Treatment costs can vary, depending on your child’s needs and treatment plan
We will always explain treatment costs and available payment options before your little one begins treatment. We want you to be able to make the right choices for your child and family.
We offer affordable treatment plans for orthodontic care. We make it easy for you to give your child a great smile–for life!
We accept most major credit cards, and we file with most insurance plans.
We are in-network with most Delta Dental, Cigna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield plans. We also accept Arkids, Delta Dental Smiles, and MCNA. We will file with almost all insurance carriers regardless of in- or out-of-network benefits. In most instances, out-of-network plans will pay a large portion of your claims due to our specialty.
Our office staff is always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork. We’ll work with your insurance provider to make sure your coverage meets your family’s needs and budget. Any questions about insurance coverage? Call us.
