Pre-K Mama & NCDHM

Happy National Children’s Dental Health Month!

Did you know that February is National Children’s Dental Health Month? We’ll be celebrating all month long, and we hope you’ll join us! We will be uniting with professionals, healthcare providers, and educators across the country to emphasize the importance of quality oral health for children.

This year, the American Dental Association chose “Sealants Make Sense” as the theme, and we couldn’t be happier! We’ve talked a lot about sealants, and we recommend them to most patients. Check out this video from our YouTube Channel to learn more! Head on over to the ADA’s website to learn more about NCDHM and how you can celebrate oral health with your children this month!

Pre-K Mama is BACK!

You might remember that we talked with Pre-K Mama nearly a year ago, and we are so excited to welcome the dynamic duo back today! As mothers and former elementary teachers, Alex and Amanda know firsthand how difficult preparing your children for school is. Parents have so many questions about what sort of educational activities they can do at home with their children to help prepare them for Pre-K and Kindergarten, and Pre-K Mama understands. Preparing your child to enter the school system is OVERWHELMING.

Once a month, Pre-K Mama sends out packets with educational materials and activities for you to complete with your children at home. They include instructional cards that guide you through the fun and detailed learning activities. Let’s be honest, Pre-K Mama won over our hearts with their fun, educational, and family-centric activities, and we think our patients would benefit from their materials. Check out their Facebook Page today to learn more about their offerings and mission.
