Entering the Contest
There are multiple ways to enter the Summer of Smiles Contest, and you can enter as many times as you want! If you’re coming by our offices, earn an entry by guessing the number of smiley face beads in the jar. Everyone who guesses gets an entry into the Summer of Smiles Content, and the winner of the guessing contest will get a prize! You can enter your guess for the smiley face beads at any point before August 13th. While you’re at our offices, take a photo of your child and tag us on social media to get bonus entries!
You can also earn entries into the Summer of Smiles Contest by leaving us a Google Review. Whether you are a patient at our Fayetteville or Bentonville practice, we would love to hear how much you love PDAO!
Finally, we’re introducing our new orthodontics referral program. If you currently have a child in braces with Dr. Jason or Dr. Skylar and want to share PDAO with a friend, you can use this link to set them up with our practice easily. And the best part is, if they make a consultation appointment with one of our orthodontists, we will send a gift card to you and your friend!
